Bonnie Chao is the Founder and President of CGC Group - a boutique consulting and staffing search firm founded in 2012. The mission of CGC Group is to deliver high-quality recruitment and consulting services as a true business partner to clients and their organizations.
Prior to founding CGC Group, Ms. Chao held top leadership roles in Global Recruitment, with 6 years at American Express. She launched her career within recruitment and strategic management practice.
With over 20 years’ experience in corporate and executive search. Her areas of expertise include design and execution of global talent acquisition strategies and solutions, business transformation, strategy facilitation, leadership development, executive coaching, operating RPO model and organization design, and diversity and inclusion. She is particularly passionate about unleashing the potential of employees to elevate their capabilities to make significant business impact.
Bonnie's success has also been part of a large consumer case study on “hiring right”. Her strategies and solutions in recruitment were highlighted in the publication, “The Amazement Revolution”, author Shep Hyken. A case study on customer service excellence. This case study help lay the groundwork for building strategic partnerships with all levels of an organization to create an award-winning recruitment strategy.
Bonnie co-founded the National Women’s Career Expo, a nationally recognized organization dedicated to providing an array of recruitment services for women. Leading to the empowerment of women for success! National Women’s Career Expo offered career expos, offering onsite career workshops and mentoring opportunities.
